Artifact: Natural Science Lesson Plan
Artifact Summary: This lesson plan I created for one of my bilingual education course. We used a SIOP model to create a lesson about animals and their adaptations, this was targeted mainly to the adaptations of ocean animals. There's a different activities that involve vocabulary, exploration, and art. This artifact demonstrates my understanding on acknowledging creating a lesson that provides purposeful ways for students to learn while also connecting concepts with the TEKS.
