Sensory Ceramics is an outreach arts programme using all our senses to engage creatively with clay. I can fire work made in the sessions but I am also keen to offer options for those participating in sessions to continue using clay independently as a reusable material with objects being created from plaster, paper pulp or air drying clay. These are all very tactile processes with low cost, accessible materials giving the opportunity to make beautiful, textured objects for handling . I have experience as an artist in residence with children, mentoring learning disabled artists and as a volunteer with community groups. Contact Andrea for more details.
