A short, spoken Eucharistic service that uses Common Worship.
First Sundays is a service for the whole family.
We provide refreshments before, during and after the service, which means people can get a drink or grab a snack whenever they want. As well as tea, coffee and juice, we serve delicious pastries.
First Sundays is different to our usual 11am Sunday service.
First Sundays is a great time of worship for the whole family. As well as refreshments, you can expect a fun, relaxed service with contemporary worship songs, creative prayers, accessible talks, lighter liturgy and the joy of sharing in worship together. First Sundays is a bit of an experiment, and a key ingredient for the experiment is you! So come along, invite your friends, family, neighbours and let’s have some fun, and eat pastries, obviously….
Our 11:00AM Communion service is a lively communion service with liturgy, sermon, prayers and Eucharist.
Families are most welcome at this service. We have a lovely family area for babies and toddlers as well as Sunday School groups for the other children. Children and families are a key part of our church family and we love to celebrate communion with families present.
Yes, it's a liturgical service, one with joy, with laughter and with God's great big family coming to the table to share the feast!
Living Streams is a more informal time of worship and teaching. The service has five values that shape what happens at Living Streams
Engaging with the HOLY SPIRIT
Delving deeper into SCRIPTURE
Creating space for PRAYER
Hearing faith-filled STORIES
Encountering God through MUSIC
