Our group for babies, toddlers, pre-schoolers and their grown-ups meets in church on Monday mornings during term time from 9.00-10.30. If you look after a little one, join us for play, stories, songs and crafts. There’s no charge although donations are welcome.
During our Sunday morning services, on all but the first Sunday of the month, we have two Kids Church groups. One is aimed at older children from around 8 years upwards and the other for younger ones up to around 7 years old. The age ranges are flexible and children are welcome to join in wherever they feel most comfortable and to take their grown up with them if they’d like. We play games, explore Bible stories and create space for children to connect with God.
Explorers meets on the 3rd Thursday of each month from 3.15-4.45. Anyone is welcome to come along but it is particularly aimed at families of pre-schoolers and primary school-aged children. We know that the schools and nurseries in the village all have different finishing times so families are welcome to arrive whenever they can. In each session there will be lots of family-friendly activities and crafts inspired by a Bible story or theme with drinks and snacks available throughout the session.
Our youth group is run jointly with St Margaret’s, Betley and meets in the Reading Room in Betley on the 2nd and 4th Mondays of the month, from 6.30-8.00. It is open to any young person who is in year 7 or above. There are lots of games, lots of laughter, lots of creativity and lots of cake as well as it being a safe space to explore faith.
