Required Documentation 

Students must complete the following form(s):
2026 Washtenaw Elementary Science Olympiad (WESO) Participant Registration Form The registration form includes a participation waiver, media release,  emergency contacts, and emergency medical information.  

Event Coaches will need to complete the following form(s): 

AAPS Volunteer Background Check
