Ensure parent(s)/guardian(s) have completed any rating scales sent by email.
FEEDBACK 60-minute appointment
Parent(s)/guardian(s) should attend, if the patient is a minor.
Patients can attend, if a minor. It is recommended pediatric patients 12 and older do consider attending.
Because personal details about the patient will be discussed, it is recommended siblings/other kiddos not attend the appointment. On rare occasions, kiddos (age 11+) are able to sit in the waiting room; this space is unsupervised and without entertainment.
Testing results, strengths and weaknesses, and diagnoses will be discussed.
Recommendations, treatment plan suggestions, and resources will be reviewed.
Every feedback is a bit different. Feel free to bring questions and discuss real-world examples.
Receive WRITTEN DIAGNOSTIC REPORT.
The diagnostic report will be finalized and released by HIPAA-compliant email after the feedback appointment, typically within 5-10 business days.
The report includes identifying information, current concerns/questions, neuropsychological testing results and score tables, summary and impressions, diagnostic list, and recommendations.
Before the report is sent by Dr. Larsson to other providers, the patient/family will be able to receive and review the report.
In some cases, evaluation report summaries can be drafted. This is often requested when the patient/family wants only certain information shared with a provider/setting (e.g. school).
