At the completion of the lesson, students can complete an activity that lets them choose what they would like to teach a machine. Students should:
Decide a topic they want to teach a machine to recognize
Add their name to the page
Label the two classes for the data they need to collect to train the machine
Draw or find pictures (in magazines, on the Internet, in emojis, etc.) of what they would use to teach a machine about their topic
Google Slides Activity Version
Assign a copy to each student in Google ClassroomIf your students complete the activity, we would love to see what they want to train their machines to recognize. Please email any student examples to visionsbyvicky@gmail.com and you may see them featured here!
