Lesson (about 100 minutes)
Identify how robots developed and what contributed to the development (15 minutes)
Identify different parts of a robot (understanding sensors [inputs] and actuators [outputs] (15 minutes)
Program a robot to identify facial expressions and react to them (30 minutes)
Design their future robot (drawing). Identify the tasks that it can carry out and what sensors and actuators enable it to complete the tasks. Explore how AI can contribute to the robot (15 minutes)
Generate the same robot's image using a generative AI art generator. Explore the best prompt to create their robot with AI (15 minutes)
Discussion - Do we need the AI tool to generate the image? Why? Which image do you like better? (10 min)
