UN Women Knowledge and Partnerships Centre  

Established in 2022, the UN Women Knowledge and Partnerships Centre in the Republic of Korea was created in collaboration with the Ministry of Gender Equality and Family. With a shared commitment to advancing gender equality and the empowerment of women and girls across Asia and the Pacific, the Centre, based in Seoul, supports global efforts to realise these goals in line with Agenda 2030 and beyond. 

The Centre focuses on capacity development and knowledge exchange, drawing on promising practices and lessons learned. It places particular emphasis on three priority areas: transforming care systems, addressing technology-facilitated gender-based violence, and strengthening regional and global multistakeholder partnerships for gender equality. 

유엔여성기구 지식·파트너십센터 

유엔여성기구 지식·파트너십 센터는 대한민국 여성가족부와의 협력을 통해 2022년 서울에 설립됐습니다. 센터는 아태지역 내 성평등 및 여성과 여아의 역량강화 증진이라는 공동의 사명 아래 설립되었습니다. 2030 지속가능발전 의제 및 여타 글로벌 의제 차원에서의 성평등 및 여성 역량강화를 실현하기 위한 전세계적 노력을 지원하기 위하여 센터는 돌봄 시스템 전환에 있어 유망한 사례 및 교훈에 대한 역량 개발과 지식 공유 활동, 기술매개 젠더폭력(technology-facilitated gender-based violence) 대응, 그리고 성평등 및 여성 역량강화를 위한 지역적 글로벌 파트너십 촉진에 기여하고 있습니다.
