The local currency is the South Korean Won (KRW). Major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard) are widely accepted in Seoul. Cash is recommended for small purchases or transit cards.

The conference will take place in August, one of Seoul's hottest and most humid months. Temperatures typically range from 23°C to 35°C, and brief periods of rainfall are common due to the monsoon season.
Participants are encouraged to dress in smart casual attire suitable for a professional indoor setting.

A light jacket or cardigan may be useful for air-conditioned indoor spaces
An umbrella or light raincoat is advisable
