Participants travelling from abroad are advised to review the visa requirements applicable to their country of citizenship. The Republic of Korea maintains visa waiver agreements with many countries; however, entry conditions may vary.

The local currency is the South Korean Won (KRW). Major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard) are widely accepted in Seoul. Cash is recommended for small purchases or transit cards. 

Currency exchange services are available at airports, major hotels, and banks. ATMs accepting foreign cards are available near the venue.

The conference will take place in August, one of Seoul's hottest and most humid months. Temperatures typically range from 23°C to 35°C, and brief periods of rainfall are common due to the monsoon season. 

Participants are encouraged to dress in smart casual attire suitable for a professional indoor setting.

• Lightweight and breathable clothing is recommended

• A light jacket or cardigan may be useful for air-conditioned indoor spaces

• An umbrella or light raincoat is advisable

Complimentary Wi-Fi will be available at the conference venue. 

In addition:

• Most hotels and cafes in Seoul offer free public Wi-Fi

• Prepaid SIM cards and portable Wi-Fi routers can be purchased at Incheon and Gimpo International Airports, as well as in major retail outlets

Participants are encouraged to ensure mobile phone compatibility with Korean telecom standards (4G LTE).
