Bio

Rupa Dachere is an accomplished Senior Executive, Advisor, & Thought Leader with 20+ years in technology and nonprofit industries.

Rupa holds a leadership position as the CEO, Founder & President of Thrive-WiSE.

She created Thrive-WiSE MicroConferences & the first gender-specific open source apprenticeship program formed in partnership with SRI International to contribute to open-source projects.

Rupa has an Executive MBA from the Stanford GSB & CS degrees from the University of Colorado.
