2025 Engine

Hello, 

The Adams, MA Fire Department is looking to replace its 1995 KME Renegade top-mount pumper. We were very happy with the truck and would like the new truck to be very similar. Although we are looking again at a top-mount, keeping the truck on the smaller side is important. The present apparatus specifics and therefore minimum specs (but may be exceeded) are:

96” width

320hp engine

Auto transmission

120 gpm pump

750 gallon poly tank

Seating at least 4

3” Deck gun

Storage for 2 10’ sections of 6” PVC suction

The existing cab is 129” which includes a 20” front bumper. The WB is 172” with an OAL of 352” (29’4”).

The station has 10’ doors with an elevated ramp.

We will be looking to purchase through a procurement service such as HGAC or FCAM within the year.
