Upasana Banerjee is a certified psychological counselor and the founder of Adults' Lullaby, a therapeutic space dedicated to supporting people through their emotional and psychological challenges. With a certification in Existential Therapy from the University of Oxford, UK Upasana brings a thoughtful, insightful, and compassionate approach to her therapy practice, helping clients navigate life's complexities.
Her therapeutic journey is grounded in a deep understanding of the human experience. Upasana believes that healing begins when individuals feel heard, validated, and understood. Whether clients are facing depression, anxiety, relationship struggles, or the weight of unresolved childhood trauma, Upasana creates a safe and supportive environment where they can explore their feelings and experiences.
At Adults' Lullaby, Upasana combines talk therapy, cognitive-behavioral techniques, and existential therapy to help individuals confront their emotional challenges.
