Types of session available
You can book:
• Single Session – For immediate emotional support and one-time guidance.
• Caregiver Plan (Monthly sessions) : One session a month, steady emotional check-ins.
• Companion Plan (Weekly sessions) : One session every week, consistent support for processing emotions and staying mentally active.
• Lifeline Plan (Regular session) : Multiple sessions per week; intensive emotional care for those navigating loneliness, health anxiety, or deeper psychological needs.
