- Wiki. Something like mediawiki. However, how can Evennia integrate with roster/etc?
- Library/Toolkit. Learn how to install and use Ares or Evennia.
- Time. Night and day, seasons. The magic system will affect the phase of the moon depending on alignment. How to do this on Ares or Evennia?
- Weather. Over the main grid, changing global weather with the seasons and time should happen to help spark RP. How to do this on Ares or Evennia? Ares will do this.
- Staffing. What would the hierarchy look like? How can players be protected/represented by a Tribunal of sorts?
- Bulletin Boards. Should be there for houses, courts and orgs. Players that are related to those should be able to post, delete.
- Multi-play. Players should be able to have more than one character and play them actively at the same time.
- OC. How will the player create their original character? How can we review/approve? (FFG looks like it could do this).
- Classes. We want to use classes (bard, etc).
- Races. We want to use races, however at the moment only need March Elves.
- Hiding. There should be the ability to code hide for X amount of minutes, and each time people enter or leave, it runs a perception check on the other person and a Dexterity + Stealth check. The longer it goes, the more difficult it gets.
- Combat. This needs to be developed by someone far more skilled.
- Skill Tree. Work on this.
- XP. How does it generate? How can it be spent? Looking at Chapter XP rewards on completion of a chapter by the players, with a voting mechanic to give small extra reward.
- Users. I'm personally expecting and building for 5-10 players, however quite a few experienced players have pointed out I need to plan for more. I need to create a plan for things like: a) Initial play test (Reflections on the Day of the Dark Wind, Myrr), b) How many could I really handle before more staff are needed, c) Can I make rules and systems so that others can follow and it requires only DM for light things like Monthly Domain/etc?
- Systems
- Domain. Flesh out so that players can group, collaborate and compete with and against each other which also will show faction leader and domain leader power/capability in a more tangible way than a stat. Raising armies, taxes, levies, improvements, building, resource gathering. Look at domain maps for each house and The March in general so that players can begin working on their goals. Should be able to see large map, select hyperlink section to bring up next level map, etc, so information is there for users.

- Theme & Lore.
- Houses. Continue working so that each house is fleshed out with strengths, weaknesses, wants and needs. Look at domain maps for each house and The March in general so that players can begin working on their goals.
- Roster. Focus on what must be there so that players can either choose or create.
- Magic system.
- Most players will have access to this, make it so it's not overpowered but at the same time, provides fun. Spells and capabilities/restrictions should be clearly understood and the mechanics on how it works for damage/etc.
- Player Testing
- Reflections on Day of the Dark Wind, Myrr. Work out what a party could look like for a small player test on actual grid when built. Their actions will become lore and history.

- Religion. Updated Common Cults and Greater Incarnations.
- Reflections on Day of the Dark Wind, Myrr. This will be one of the initial test scenes for players, which will also be a part of the core lore and players would need to really flesh out the characters first before playing. Names would most likely change, and general background.
- Most likely I'm looking at:
- Liawa the Mercenary. Became the founder of house Liawarin, noted for swordsmanship and mercenary of the Red Blade.
- Lord Selanar Gildithas of house Gildathas. Was First Sword of the Silver Legion, in charge of Myrr’s defense, of which Myrr stood fast.
- Durothil Ventoris of house Glyntoris. Noted rogue and merchant.
- Lord Uthorim Yelgella of house Enlana. A noted wizard of the Black Moon, he became later on the First Light of the Truthkeepers cult.
- Alyndra, cleric of the Triune of house Shathana. One of the last true priestesses before the Triune went silent in the world.
- Lady Isarrel of house Valkalyn. Druid-speaker of the Green Mother and noted for helping create a barrier to prevent the abominations from running Myrr over.

- Chapter and Story Progress System. Worked on this and described.

- Rules. Updated on “What Can Players Do” in keeping with the Collaborative Creative Process.
- Discord. Made a channel to get feedback and answer questions. I'll link it.

- Ares. Continued researching and getting valuable feedback from game creators on Ares and on MSB. There;s limitations to it (Domains would need to be custom coded, objects don't seem available), but it could be set up with minimal delay. Joined Ares dev discord channel and community.

- Magic component started. Affinity (Vision or Power), 8 fields of magic along with the four orders of magic (coupled with Order of Blue Spark for humans and Hedge).
- Domain component started. This is important, so that players can group up, collaborate and compete to raise their group power and capabilities, which creates story and challenges.
- Technology component started for Human race. Not a priority though.
