Description:
SCP-173 is a statue composed of Concrete, Rebar and Krylon spray-paint. SCP-173 is a sort-of statue that will only move if the line of sight does not exist or is broken for any time. SCP-173 moves at rapid speeds and will snap the neck of the closest victim of SCP-173. SCP-173 cannot move in direct eye or camera contact. SCP-173 is an extremely hostile anomaly, moving from target to target if not observed. If observed, the object cannot move unless eye contact is broken at any time, may it be a blink or a sneeze. Scraping inside the SCP chamber is normal, but any changes in behavior should be reported and responded to immediately.
