Special Containment Procedures: 

SCP-049 is to be contained in a standard humanoid containment cell and is to be given a bed, operating table and all the other essentials it needs to conduct it's tests for the so called "cure". A single Class-D is to be given to SCP-049 from time to time. No less then 1 armed security guard is to be stationed at SCP-049's containment chamber at all times.
Epsilon-11 "Nine-Tailed Fox" and Nu-7 "Hammer Down" are currently the only MTF units which deals with SCP-049.

Description:
SCP-049 appears to be a doctor during the 1600s, dressed up as a plague doctor. SCP-049's mask is a part of it's bone structure. The robes and gloves are identical to a thick layer of hide on the skin of SCP-049, and cannot be removed without harming the anomaly. SCp-049 usually is cooperative with the Foundation, but can have sudden outbursts when seeing a so-called "victim" to the virus he calls "The Pestilence". Any and all personnel at SCP-049's containment chamber are to cover up as much skin as possible to avoid dying on a single touch of SCP-049. In the events of a containment breach, Nu-7 and Epsilon-11 are to respond immediately.
