SCP-076 is to be contained within a 7x7x7 box. In the case SCP-076-2 (Also known as "Able") emerges from SCP-076, the facility is to be placed on Lockdown Threat 3 immediately by a member of the Facility Management Program. In case of a breach, all available combative personnel are to attempt to terminate SCP-076-2 as soon as possible, if not done within an hour of the initial breach, the Nuclear Procedure is to be armed by no less then two members of the O5 Council.

SCP-076 appears to be an ancient box, with locks on it, although the key to the lock(s) have not yet been found, SCP-076 will open from time to time, this means SCP-076-2 will breach. SCP-076 is an ancient box, in the shape of a stone coffin. SCP-076-2 is a humanoid anomaly, which has been deemed very insane, due to it terminating anything living that it sees, due to this, it has rightfully earned the KETER classification, due to it's difficult to contain and it's difficulty to be terminated.
