Registration, Meals, and Excursion Rates

• Early Bird Convention Registration - $185 (until February 1, 2025)

• Convention Registration - $220 (starting February 2, 2025)

• Guest Registration - $165

• Breakfast (daily) - $5 (offered at an extreme discount)

• Luncheon (Thursday) - $35

• Banquet (Saturday) - $65 

• Wednesday Wine Tour (limited spots) - $60

• US Marshals Museum (Thursday) - $10

Deadlines

• Early Bird Pricing of $185 ends on February 1st, starting February 2nd Convention Registration will be $220.

• The Convention Band has a cap set of 120 Musicians.  Make sure to Register for the Convention Band EARLY!!!"

• Online Convention Registration will close at midnight on May 1, 2025. 

• To participate in the Convention Band you must register by May 1, 2025

•  On-site registration will be available. 

Refund Policy

• 100% refund until February 1, 2025

• 50% refund between February 2, 2025 and March 1, 2025 

• No refunds on or after March 2, 2025

Notes: 

• You must be an ACB Member to participate in the Convention. 

• The Non-Member Registration form has a place for joining on the form. 

• ACB Member Bands (Organization Members) are able to send four people from their band as if they were an ACB Member as long as they use the correct registration form; "Member Band Spot Registration." All Convention fees still need to paid.

• Member Band accounts cannot be used to register their musicians for this event, each person will need to use/create their own membership account. Details on the Member Band Spot Registration login page.

• Hotel Reservations at the special rate of $165/night. Details will be on the Hotel page.
