Convention Band
What is the Convention Band?
The Convention Band is made up of attendees coming from all over the country to form a band. This band rehearses daily during the convention with a guest conductor and performs on the last day of the convention. Rehearsals are generally 3 hours each day. To perform with the convention band you must be a member of ACB or be using one of a member band four (4) spots. If you wish to participate in the Convention Band, fill out that section of your registration form providing instrument(s) and part preferences. Guest registrants are not able to participate in the convention band, but they may listen to rehearsals.
All those wanting to participate in the Convention Band must register by May 1, 2025.
Any questions about the Convention Band, please contact Paul Furlong at bassoon56@verizon.net
Colonel (Ret.) Thomas Rotondi Jr. will be the Conductor of the 2025 ACB Convention Band. Read more about him here.
