Convention Band
What is the Convention Band?
The Convention Band is made up of attendees coming from all over the country to form a band. This band rehearses daily during the convention with a guest conductor and performs on the last day of the convention. Rehearsals are generally 3 hours each day. To perform with the convention band you must be a member of ACB or be using one of a member band four (4) spots. If you wish to participate in the Convention Band, fill out that section of your registration form providing instrument(s) and part preferences. Guest registrants are not able to participate in the convention band, but they may listen to rehearsals.
The Convention Band has a cap set of 120 Musicians. Make sure to Register for the Convention Band EARLY!!! All those wanting to participate in the Convention Band must register by May 1, 2025 or before the cap is reached.

Concert Attire for Musicians
White tops, black skirts/slacks, black socks (or black/natural hose), black shoes
Convention polos may be worn for the performance

All Satuday concerts, including the Convention Band performance will take place in the ArcBest Performing Arts Center. The Center is attached to the hotel.
