Many small businesses leave potential revenue on the table by not tracking or following up with leads. Leads can be described as individuals who contact you/your business to inquire about services. When tracking leads you can track any information you need to manage your business.
Below you'll find a Google Sheet lead tracker that I created and you can use to track leads within your business. With this sheet you will find an Overview tab that will provide you with charts so you can easily see how many leads you have compared to how many are open (potential leads you need to reach out to) and vs how many leads have booked (scheduled an appointment), you can see the potential revenue those leads can generate in your business and how much revenue they will generate in your business when when booked, & the total number of leads from what sources (so you can see how leads/potential customers are finding you/your business).
In the labeled months tabs (Jan, Feb, Mar, etc.), this is where you will add the information from your leads.
Date - Date they contacted you or scheduled a consultation with you (if they booked a consultation on your software)
Source - drop down box and select the source , or how they found you (must be filled in)
First & Last name - of lead
Email - if available
Phone No. - if available
Social - their instagram or facebook name for example will be entered here if they contacted you via socials
Inquiry - service or product they are inquiring about
Quote - cost of those inquired services/products
Follow ups - how many times you have followed up or checked in with them to see if they're still interested
Last contact - date they were contacted last
Consultation - if they had a consultation
Status - have they booked, dead (requested no further contact or not interested), reactivation (if they are not looking to schedule now, still looking, ghosted, etc)
Revenue - the cost of services they scheduled with you
Notes - any notes you need to keep in mind about the individual
You will also see two additional tabs:
"All months" & "Reactivation"
These are pages of information gathered throughout the months & data you've entered
Please do not change any information on the "All Months" page, however you may add to the notes section and last contact on the "Reactivation" page.
Reactivation - individuals you can reach out to reactivate their interested such as specials sales or promotions to get them to come through the door
