Lab. Tours
(Note) Due to the high number of participants in the Activity-D Open Lab, we have updated the information.
In this international conference, we have set up a lab tour for students of technical colleges to visit our university's laboratories. This lab tour will take the form of several laboratories (two laboratories) (about 20-30 minutes per laboratory).
A courtesy cab will be provided on the day of the event. Participate meet at the cab stand at the Nagaoka Station Oteguchi Exit at 8:50 a.m. (departure at 9:00 a.m.). (Departure time: 9:00 a.m.) An STI-Gigaku representative will be waiting at the Nagaoka Station Oteguchi Taxi Stand, so participate get in the taxi. An STI-Gigaku representative will also be waiting at the arrival point at the Nagaoka University of Technology and they will take you to the waiting room. Nagaoka University of Technology will pay for the cab.
Participants will be divided into groups according to the course, and attendants will take them to the laboratories. After finishing lab tour, participants will take a cab from STI-Gigaku at 12:00 p.m. to Nagaoka Station Oteguchi Exit.

Requests and Precautions
On the tour day, participants will be able to choose a course of their choice. However, if the visitors number are too concentrated on one
course, participants may be asked to change to another. The organizers hope that the participants can understand this inconvenience.

To prevent COVID-19 infection, alcohol sanitizer will be available at the venue, and participants are kindly requested to disinfect their hands with alcohol and wear a mask before visiting the laboratories.
Participants are advised not to touch any equipment in the laboratory as some of the equipment can be dangerous.
