The "Best Presentation Award" will be given to students for their excellent presentations that deepen the audience's interest.

We are planning to select the Best Presentation Award by votes from faculty members of KOSEN, NUT, and companies.
We may ask you to serve as a judge.
Only students are eligible for the "Excellent Presentation Award."
This year, the format will be different for on-site and online participants due to the hybrid hosting. In addition, since the on-site and online sessions will be held concurrently, participation in both formats will not be possible in general.
Please note that even if you register for on-site participation, we may ask you to change your registration to online participation due to the spread of the COVID-19 or the convenience of the venue.
<on-site participants> Presentation using A0 poster
Presenters will be divided into first and second halves based on their presentation number. Each presenter will have 60minutes for a poster presentation.
Please print and bring the poster (A0 size) by yourself on the conference day.
On the site, please post the poster to the designated place by yourself

Each presenter is required to place poster according to the presenter number. Presenter numbers will be provided in advance by e-mail.
<online participants> 5-minite presentation with slides
INSTRUCTIONS (ON CONFERENCE DAY)
All participants give 5 minutes oral presentation. 1 group has 4 presenters. When 1 presenter finishes, the next presenter will start presentation. When all 4 presenters finish, we will have 10-minute question time (2-minutes questrion per 1 presenter), in which the 4 presenters will be asked questions for their presentations.
Format: ONLINE presentation with Power Point
Spoken Language: ENGLISH basically, but Japanese could be used partially.
Length per person: 5 min. of presentation plus 10 min. group Q&A Please refer to: Instructions
Other remarks:
The session will be held using Zoom. At the time of your presentation, you will share your slides from your own PC screen. The information on how to use Zoom will be available at this website or notify by e-mail before the conference.
