COVID-19 MEdical Expert panel

On February 11th, we hosted a very successful ask the experts panel about COVID-19 and the COVID-19 vaccine with Dr. Christie Alexander, Dr. Joedrecka Brown Speights, and Dr. Niharika Suchak. Resources from this event, including the slide deck and video are now posted here.

Enhancing Voter Participation

On October 17th, as part of the 500 Women Scientists x Vote Forward collaboration, we collectively sent 430 letters with the New Haven pod to encourage low propensity voters and enhance voter turnout this fall! Thanks to everyone who participated in this event with us!

Screening of Picture A Scientist

We hosted a virtual screening and discussion of the new documentary film Picture A Scientist for pod members, colleagues, friends, and family on October 25th. Resources from the film makers, other resources discussed, and further ways to take action against sexual harassment, gender bias, and institutional discrimination can be found here.
