It can be easy to talk about God at church, but what about at home, school, or anywhere else you may go? When our faith is hot, we should boldly show others who Jesus is. When we talk about being bold and confident in sharing Jesus, it starts on the inside with what we believe, what or who we love, and how we live.
God wants every part of us...our head (mind), heart, and hands (actions)...to show that we belong to him. When put our faith in Jesus, we are loved, chosen, and sent to share his message.
Being bold for Jesus isn't just about what we say, it's about who we are. When our mind trusts God's truth, out heart loves like Jesus, and our actions reflect our faith, we become living examples of the gospel.
Read Matthew 28:19-20 and reflect on what that means for you:
"Go therefore and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, teaching them to observe all that I have commanded you. And behold, I am with you always, to the end of the age."
Read John 13:34-35 and think about If you are following Jesus well. Do you care about people the way that Jesus does?
"A new commandment I give to you, that you love one another: just as I have loved you, you also are to love one another. By this all people will know that you are my disciples, If you have love for one another."
Pray and ask God to help you share his message of Good News with others.
