Welcome to the Injury Control Team Page!
The Injury Control Team is responsible for the care of acute and chronic musculoskeletal injuries as well as efforts to provide education on mitigating injuries within the formation. Our team members are comprised of Physical Therapists, Athletic Trainers, a Physical Therapy Assistant, and Physical Therapy Technicians. We look forward to working together everyday to promote optimal physical readiness!

If you experience an injury during PT or have an acute injury (within the last 6 weeks) come to the Sport Med Walk-In Clinic at 0800, sign-ins begin at 0745.
Located in the back of the Falcon H2F Performance Center.
