All Troopers will have a limit of 3 strikes. Strikes are received for bad behavior, general disrespect, and repeated/several complaints from other battalions. Some examples are including but not limited to: Purposefully attempting to ruin GM events, Being rude to other troopers(in-game or in discord) regardless of how your day is going, or generally being a nuisance to other battalions when they ask you to stop.
Strike One: Documented on the roster and will be removed after 2 weeks.
Strike Two: Demotion and a 1 week Do-Not-Promote.
Strike Three: Removal from the battalion. Reinstatement is unlikely unless decided by unanimous Command Staff approval.
Demotion Policy
After being in-active for 1 week with no notice you will take a full rank bracket demotion. This means if you're an Officer you will go down to an equivalent NCO rank. After being in-active for 2 weeks with no notice you will be removed and un-whitelisted from the regiment. Â
