Chain of Command refers to who a trooper should reach out to with an immediate issue. This section will also refer to smaller nuances within the 212th Command Structure.
[Please be aware that in this section, orange text is applicable to that rank, yellow text is who they should look to, and red text is your last option, after all other methods have been exhausted.]
Enlisted Troopers(PVT - CPL) should look to their NCOs(SGT-CSM) to resolve their issues or complaints. If a particular NCO is an issue the Enlisted may go to an Officer(2LT - LTCOL) with their grievance.
NCOs(SGT-CSM) should look to their Officers(2LT - LTCOL) and Command Sergeant Major to resolve their issues, complaints, or to forward suggestions regarding the battalion. If a particular Officer is an issue an NCO may go to the 212th Command Staff(COL - Commander) with their grievance.
Officers(2LT - LTCOL) should look to the 212th Command Staff(COL - Commander) to resolve their issues, complaints, or to forward suggestions regarding the battalion. If a particular 212th Command Staff member is an issue an Officer may go to the 212th Commander with their grievance.
212th Command Staff(COL - Commander) should look to the 7th Sky Corps High Command to resolve their issues, complaints, or to forward suggestions regarding the battalion WITH APPROVAL OF THE COMMANDER. Additionally, if there are any issues regarding any member of 212th Command Staff, please contact 7th Sky Corps High Command for SERIOUS ISSUES or violations.
