Warming up is also called the welcome party, and is a basic movement that is done both in training and at the actual event.

Weighted running
Cherry picker
Weighted push-ups (push-ups)
Bear walk (walking on all fours) *Also called bear crawl
Burpees
Flutter kicks (lying down and raising and lowering your legs in turn)
Twisting sit-ups with a ruck on each side of your body
Squats with a ruck held in both hands
Holding a ruck with one hand and stopping it in place

❶ 20lbs. (approximately 9 kg) of weights
❷ Drinking water
❸ Rucksack
❹ Hydration with drinking water
❺ Youkan or Sweet bean jelly : easily converted into energy
❻ Nuts : It slowly becomes energy, so it is better to eat a little at a time so that you don’t run out of energy. Salty ones are better than roasted-only.
❼ Candy with minerals : It keeps your muscles from cramping up.
❽ Powder for Hypotonic beverage : Replenishes energy and hydration. Fast absorption from stomach to intestines.
❾ Salt charge candy : for the prevention of heat stroke.
