When using an express bus from various locations, it is common to ride once to Tokyo and then take a train.
Direct night buses run from Osaka and Kyoto.

The bus will arrive at Keikyu Yokosuka Chuo Station (7:45) and at JR Yokosuka Station (7:52) the next morning.

The trip takes about 16 hours.
