• Thursday 15th: ITEC & organising team arrivals, ITEC meetings & keiko (pm)

• Friday 16th: ITEC Meetings (am), general arrivals, opening ceremony & plenary keiko

• Saturday 17th: morning & afternoon group keiko, evening workshop

• Sunday 18th: IS exams pt 1 (am), keiko (pm), exam deliberations

• Monday 19th: IS exams pt 2 (am), group keiko (pm), exam deliberations, results, party

• Tuesday 20th: final plenary keiko, closing ceremony, departures
