Unique Directives for 2022

Create a unique layout to the physical space to meet the goal of keeping the event casual and focusing on networking
- Challenged to use mostly cocktail tables in the layout
- Challenged to make the 450 room with the fair functional for the employer empower hour by providing space for lunch and seating
- Challenged to organize the room into pavilions featuring each employer categorized by their segment of the industry
Active consideration in regards to the sustainability of the event and it's byproducts

Career Fair organized by sectors of the industry and distinguished physically by rows and by each sector's assigned color
- Sports - pastel blue
- Suppliers - pastel green
- Events - pastel lavendar
- Tourism - pastel yellow
Collaboration between logistics and partner management to track numbers for each segment to determine final layout
Table decorations designed by marketing and use of balloons to further define division of room

11/15/22 Event Specifications

Compilation of informaiton from multiple teams on the logistics to help the event day run smoothly
Copies placed in binders and distributed to event staff
