Presentation played on the projectors over the course of the fair to highlight the employers present and why Indianapolis has a unique tourism, event, and sport industry
Employers encouraged to bring items to decorate their booths and each table was provided a branded sign with their logo to further distinguish the tables and pavilions
Spotify playlist curated by the team played throughout the fair with music that was a nice blend of relaxed and energizing songs

Team engaged speaker Paul Conley to present to the employers on the value of life-work balance in continued professional growth
Goal of having a life coach speaker to allow employers to walk away from the event having learned something to take back with them to improve their organization
Paul's insights were unique and highly praised by employers in attendance
As compensation for speaking, Paul was provided with the names and contact information for the employers who were present and the team sent him a thank you package filled with SHHS and TESM swag
