This room usually takes about 2 minutes.

We would like you to ask you to send the adults you live with a a super-short survey.

This might be your parent(s), guardian(s) &/or another adult you live with who is over 21. It's fine if you live with them either full or part of the time. Please send it to more than one adult, if you can.

It's only 10 anonymous questions, mostly about alcohol in our community. They don't have to take it right this minute, but please send it to them now. You can:

• Text them the link

• Email them the link

• Or send it some other way

Notes: If you cannot send the survey to the adult you live with, click on the link and write in an answer to the first question with "I do not have an adult that I feel comfortable sending this to."
