Communicate with others

talk to your neighbors,
post neighborhood signs with next week's meeting dates,
share information on Facebook and other social media,
write a letter to newspaper editor,
write to all supervisors and planning commissioners (see our writing help page)
ATTEND ALL INFORMATION MEETINGS!

- April 17 Planning Commission Work Session 10 am
- May 7 Carver Middle 6:30 p.m.
Sign up to speak at an upcoming Board of Supervisors meeting during the public comment period with a specific concern about this project

- Each Board of Supervisors regular meeting has three public comment periods
  - At the end of the 3 p.m. work session
  - At the 6 p.m. session following recognitions and new business
  - At the end of the 6 p.m. session following public hearings
Plan to speak at the Board's Public Hearing about this project (potentially June 27, 2018 meeting?)
- Public hearings have no limit on # of speakers and sign up is not required. 3 minute time limit enforced
Speak at the SCHOOL BOARD meetings about the project's impact on the schools.
- Meet on 4th Tuesday in the Public Meeting Room (Rt 10 and Lori Rd) 6:30 p.m.
- Persons wishing to speak must notify the Clerk by 2:00 p.m. on the day of the meeting and to provide the specific subject of the schools-related comments to be offered. Individuals shall limit their comments to three minutes. Call 748-1897
