• Attend Board of Supervisors and Planning Commission monthly meetings - watch how they work; see the process in action.
• Sign up to speak your mind and heart during public comment periods in months prior to action on this project
• Plan to speak at all public hearings (Planning Commission and Supervisors meetings - in early 2018? - when the rezoning is up for a vote at PC, then at BOS) **If you're a member of our mailing list, we will let you know when!

  • Tuesday, April 17, 2018 10:00 a.m. -- Public Hearing Room -- EDA Briefing to Planning Commission (open to public)
• Tuesday, May 15 at 6 p.m. -- Planning Commission will hear the EDA's Megasite Rezoning request. You should attend for show of strength and to speak to the case, if you desire.
• Wednesday, May 23 at 6 p.m. - Board of Supervisors meet - sign up to speak during public comment period.
• Wednesday, June 27 -- Board of Supervisors will vote on Megasite rezoning (you may not be able to speak on this topic)

NOTE: Unless otherwise specified, 3 p.m. afternoon work sessions are held at the Administration Building, 9901 Lori Road, Room 502 (5^th floor). Evening meetings are held in the Chesterfield County Public Meeting Room, 10001 Iron Bridge Road. Sessions typically begin at 3 p.m., break at 5 p.m. for dinner, and then resume at 6 p.m.
