Anchors is for those aged between 5 and 8 years old.
The weekly programme does not have a formal ‘award’ time. Boys gain their badges as they take part in the usual section programme for this age group. The badge scheme is there to help provide a sense of achievement for the boys and a pride in gaining their awards. The Anchors have lots of fun doing many different activities which include making things, crafts, music, games, sports, stories going on visits, making friends, and working towards their badges.
All of this is done as part of a balanced activity programme that is separated into 5 different zones
The Activity Zones
The Activity Zones
Body (fit for fun)
Mind (think and do)
Spirit (God and me)
Community (me and my world)
Creativity (make and do)
The Activity Badges
