Goodreads, as a book curation tool, fits very squarely into the humanities side of education. By encouraging students to share their reading and interact with each other around books it creates a culture that stimulates book discussion similar to book blogging, but with the possibility of a larger audience through the Goodreads platform including the authors of the books they are reading.
Create an account signing up with an email address or with a Facebook account depending on how you want to link your account. For educational purposes it is advised not to connect your Facebook account so try to use an email.
