Therapeutic Guided Meditation
Therapeutic Guided Meditation differs from solo guided meditation in that it is done in groups, and you have the option to discuss your experience with others. Most participants find this discussion very therapeutic. You will receive many images and messages in your meditation, which might seem like a scrambled dream at first. Having the opportunity to hear insights from others in the group helps to bring the imagery and symbolism you received in your meditation to light. These meditation are not to take the place of traditional therapy, but many students are able to take these insights to their therapist to work through them.
