Your Verto Partner Page is a student-facing resource that aims to:
Clarify eligibility for your guaranteed pathway for prospective students.
Highlight what makes your institution unique and gets students excited!
Serve as a resource for prospective students, current students, and Verto staff.
Preempt logistical and/or frequently asked questions.
Direct Transfer Partners outline specific eligibility guidelines for a guaranteed admission through the Verto Direct Transfer Application. These are completely up to the institution and can include factors such as GPA and number of credits earned abroad, school or major exceptions to the guarantee, or capacity disclaimers. Students that fall outside of the guaranteed guidelines can then be reviewed holistically by an institution's admissions team.
These guidelines will be published on your partner page. This allows for students to see clear guidelines ahead of time and set academic goals for their Verto experience, while drawing students in and leveraging their interest in the partner.
Your institution's eligibility requirements are completely up to your discretion. We recommend you consider the following:
These requirements will apply to both the student audience you refer, as well as the organic students that find you through Verto.
How to balance making your guarantee as accessible as possible, while maintaining boundaries and academic standards you are comfortable with.
More details on identifying requirements can be found on the New DT Partners Page.
Your partner page is used to support students in their college exploration process, and should be used to highlight academic offerings, housing, financials, and more. We highly encourage links to your institution's website be included throughout.
Verto participants are a transfer audience, and frequently have questions about how their transfer status will affect their eligibility for housing, scholarships, future study abroad opportunities, and more! Your partner page is a chance to get ahead of these questions and assure students of their pathway option.
Your course articulations will be included on your partner page for students to reference throughout their experience. This is especially helpful for students to reference during their course registration process.
We will do a yearly check-in with all partners to ensure that the stats, talking points, and eligibility requirements on your partner page are up to date. If you have any edit requests outside of that, don't hesitate to reach out to your account manager!
Consider providing Verto-specific merit and/or need-based aid, grants, or scholarships for Verto participants applicable to their matriculation to your institution.
This provides additional motivation and reward for students applying and matriculating to your institution, while providing greater access and support.
These would be included on your Partner Page for student reference.
