Verto collects partner interest from prospective students at the top of the funnel and shares them with partners through our Partner Portal. This allows institutions to cultivate prospective transfer student's interest by encouraging the direct transfer pathway, plugging your school as their transfer destination and providing continuity in the overall campaign.
These are fully top-of-funnel leads and will report any students that complete a request for information or an application to participate in Verto and either indicate interest in your institution on their application or come to us through your unique referral link. Please note that these students may or may not ultimately enroll in Verto and/or apply to your institution.
We encourage you to cultivate these top-of-funnel leads to encourage their interest in the DT pathway to your institution. Within the Partner Portal, navigate to the tab (in some cases under "More") titled Lead Generation.
Here is a Lead Generation User Guide with instructions on how to view and download your top-of-funnel leads, both organic and referred. You can also sign up for an email subscription through the portal if preferred. These reports will have live information whenever you log in to view or receive a subscription report. The data dictionary can be found linked in the user guide.
