SEL Message Maps

The following message maps are a tool for VBCPS staff to use when communicating about social-emotional learning (SEL) with students, staff, families, and our community. The first message map is tailored to SEL in the classroom and the second message map focuses on division-wide SEL. Each statement captures a core belief about the importance of SEL and the following support points provide context and connection to the priorities and goals of VBCPS.
