The mission of Bayside Health and Physical Education is to teach, promote, and provide lifelong health and wellness skills to our students and teachers.

The vision is that all students will be trained in physical literacy, be enthusiastic participants in team-based activities and understand the 'why' behind living a healthy, balanced life.
