CURRENT AND FORMER STUDENTS
All requests for student records / information must be submitted online and WILL BE DELIVERED VIA A SECURE LINK IN AN EMAIL
Things you should know before submitting a request:
Please allow 3-5 days for processing
Do not complete multiple requests for the same student. If you have a problem, follow the directions located HERE.
All communication regarding your order, our progress and the records delivery will be sent via email. Verify that you receive emails from SCRIBONLINE@SCRIBSOFT.COM

Many records are available through ParentVue (If you attended VPS after 2020, you have access to this forever)
CLICK HERE IF YOU ARE A PARENT (With a student under 18)
Parents can only request records for students that are under the age of 18. (Graduated students younger than 18 must request their own records)
If your student is currently enrolled in a VPS school, please request records directly from the school.
Complete cumulative files are only available within 3 years of leaving the district
Special Education records are available for 6 years after terminating services
At the end of the request, you will be routed to another screen for identity verification. It appears you have been sent back to the beginning of the process, this IS NOT the case, please scroll down and answer all of the questions.
This is an official request for a copy of a student record. The information contained in this requests should be considered private. Please complete all information in full and answer all questions at the end of the process. The information required on this page is necessary to verify and protect your school record from being accessed by unauthorized individuals.
ACCESSING THE ORDER TRACKER: Once the order has been submitted, you will be directed to a confirmation page which contains the link to the Order Tracker. You will also receive a link to the Order Tracker via email from Scribonline@scribsoft.com. To access the Order Tracker, you will enter your email address, order number and password.

FORMER STUDENTS - Minor students must have a parent or guardian complete the request
Complete cumulative files are only available within 3 years of graduation
More than 3 years post graduation, only Middle School / High School grades and Enrollment History Verification are available (Immunization records are available on a limited basis)
Special Education records are available for 6 years after terminating services
DIPLOMAS are not available for reprint at this time
CURRENT STUDENTS - may request transcripts for an organization or entity other than a college or university.
To request a transcript for a college or university: Work with staff at your school to submit a request through XELLO

Current students in need of their IEP records can use this form, as well.
