Please be aware, records requested after June 21, 2024 will not be processed until after August 7, 2024.

VPS uses IEP Online for Special Education Records. If your district uses IEP Online, please complete an IDT instead of this form.

If your school does not use IEP Online, this link can be used for Special Education Records Requests
