Vancouver Public Schools (VPS) is now offering a secure website for the following services

All requests for student records / information must be submitted online.  Phone and fax requests will no longer be accepted.  

ALL RECORDS WILL BE DELIVERED VIA A SECURE LINK IN AN EMAIL

Student records will only be released with a signed authorization.  

A signed release by the parent or eligible student are required for ALL student records requests

The signed release may be uploaded via ORDER TRACKER

If you feel the $4 charge for the request creates a hardship for your client, click the button below

This is an official request for a copy of a student record.  The information contained in this requests should be considered private.  Please complete all information in full and answer all questions at the end of the process.  The information required on this page is necessary to verify and protect your school record from being accessed by unauthorized individuals.

ACCESSING THE ORDER TRACKER:  Once the order has been submitted, you will be directed to a confirmation page which contains the link to the Order Tracker.  You will also receive a link to the Order Tracker via email from Scribonline@scribsoft.com.  To access the Order Tracker, you will enter your email address, order number and password.

After submitting your request, please make sure you document the confirmation number.
