Hello! My name is Devin Hill. I'm a proud mommy of two sets of twins (yes...two). My teammate in life is my wonderful husband. I'm happy to call him my high school sweetheart. An interesting fact is we got engaged on the Kidd Kraddick radio show (106.1)! I wouldn't be able to complete my masters degree without him. He's my rock. Two of our children are in school (fourth grade) and active in every sport they can play, while the other two will be starting kindergarten in the fall. Life for us is taking on a new kind of busy.

This school year makes my sixteenth year in education. Fifteen years were spent teaching wonderful second graders, but I decided to make a big change last fall. Now, I teach sixth grade ELA in the wonderful community of Van Alstyne, Texas. Some might call me a technology geek because I enjoy learning "new stuff" related to technology that I can integrate with student learning. If I don't know it, I'm not afraid to try it. I'm always looking to learn new resources I can implement in class and share with fellow teammates.

I began this journey in the Education Technology Library Science program in the fall of 2016. Since beginning the program, my learning has expanded beyond expectations. I'm excited to become a library media specialist and share my knowledge with others.
