HOW TO USE THE CALENDAR

1. Use the menu options at the top-LEFT corner of the calendar to change the month/week.

2. Use the menu options at the top-RIGHT corner of the calendar to change between "week, month, & agenda" views.

3. Click on any event in the calendar to see a detailed description, including times, location, who is involved, etc.

4. Entries beginning with ALL indicate an event for ALL BAND STUDENTS IN ALL GRADES

5. Entries beginning with SH (Senior High) indicate an event for SENIOR HIGH BAND STUDENTS

6. Entries beginning with JH (Junior High) indicate an event for JUNIOR HIGH BAND STUDENTS

7. Entries beginning with BB (Beginning Band) indicate an event for BEGINNING BAND CLASSES (1st-year band)

8. Entries beginning with JB (Junior Band) indicate an event for JUNIOR BAND CLASS (2nd-year band)

9. Entries beginning with JAZZ (Senior Jazz Band) indicate an event for JAZZ BAND
