When technology doesn't work, best practice is to have a plan.
Technology doesn’t always behave the way we expect—and equipment failures happen to all of us. Sometimes issues occur due to normal wear and tear, unexpected failures, or environmental factors outside anyone’s control. When something stops working, please know that the Technology Department’s priority is to get you operational as quickly as possible.
In some situations, the problem may require more in-depth diagnostics or specialized tools that we can’t access in a classroom environment. When this happens, we may need to take the device back to the District Office for further testing and repair.
Our office is equipped with additional resources—diagnostic tools, spare parts, testing stations, and imaging equipment—that allow us to fully investigate and resolve issues that cannot be addressed on-site.
