Connect2 Profile Update (AKA: Org RE-Registration/Re-Recognition Form). To complete the Portal Update/Creation step, follow these steps:
Visit uww.edu/connect and login to your UWW account.
Click the "Groups" button at the top of the webpage and search for your organization.
If your organization is listed, click on it to visit your org's homepage. From there, click the blue "Group Re-Registration" button to access and complete the Portal Update form. If you do not have admin access (i.e. the "gear" on the right side of the org listing), please contact involvement@uww.edu to get the correct access!
If your organization is not listed, click the blue "+ All Groups" button. From there, scroll down and click on one of the blue "Register new ..." buttons that best matches your organization (such as "Register new Student Organization", "Register new Club Sports" or "Register New Greek Community") to access and complete the Portal Update form.

For Student Org Recognition - two officers/members (President and Treasurer) must complete the Student Leader Certification. If the President is also in charge of the organization's finances, then a second officer (no matter their role) must be the second member to complete the Certification/form below!
All students organization on campus are required to have a University employee serve as an advisor. This form is to be filled out by that employee. For further details on eligibility to serve and requirements of the advisor, see the Student Organization Recognition Policy.
